The easiest way to make a return for a parcel weighing up to 10kg to a Collect+ store. To find your nearest Collect+ store visit www.collectplus.co.uk or call 0845 270 9888. Collect+ have over 3500 neighbourhood stores for your convenience.
Alternatively, our carriers Home Delivery Network can come and pick up your item. Either click on to 'My Account' on the website and choose 'Arrange a return' or call us on your normal enquiry number.
14 day Approval Guarantee
We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete, unused and in the original packaging, with any appropriate security tags intact, within 14 days of receipt.
