Please note that for larger items, delivery will be confirmed at checkout and we will call you to arrange a suitable day as soon as the product is ready for dispatch. Selected washing machines, fridge freezers and cookers are available on our express 72 hour delivery service, for an additional charge. A small number of products are only available with limited delivery options. If the delivery option you choose is not available, we will contact you to make alternative delivery arrangments. Where removal is available, it can only occur if it is mentioned at the time of the order and if your old appliance has been disconnected beforehand. For gas and electric cookers, please ensure they are disconnected by a suitably qualified person.
